We have always used Pampers since our first boy was born. Luckily our 3 year old was just coming out of diapers when our second boy was born so we only had to deal with changing one set! We used the original Crusiers when my 3 year old was still in them so it only made sense to use these when our little one got big enough to graduate to the bigger sizes. The first thing we noticed is that are definitely thinner than the Cruisers we used with our first son. But we know "technology" does improve over time so maybe thinner is better. Unfortunately for us, we only got through a few of the diapers before our son started breaking out in a weird rash using these diapers. We talked with some friends that had tried them and a few of them also ran into the same problems. We quickly swithced to a store generic brand (Target) which we had never used before and the rash quickly went away. While we can't be 100% sure if the Crusiers caused the weird rash since my... As a parent, I know it's heartbreaking to see your little one in any kind of discomfort. Of course no one knows better than you what's best for your baby, and it looks like you've come up with a diapering solution that works for your son. In general, a healthy baby can expect to get a diaper rash roughly 3 to 4 times a year. Of course diaper rash is one of the most common ailments affecting babies with many causes and symptoms of varying severity. As for Dry Max, it's one of the most mom-baby tested diapers in our history. I'm so glad to hear you noticed the thinness of the diaper and linked it to technology. That absolutely was our inspiration in creating the same, hard working diaper you've come to expect from Pampers, but in a new, thinner design. Thanks for taking the time to post a review. Feedback from dads like you is invaluable to us, and we would love to talk to you about you experience with Pampers. Please feel free to call us at 1-877-256-3265 M-F 9-6 ET. I recently switched from Pamper Swaddlers to Crusiers and wish I did not have to switch. These diapers have no mesh in them to keep the baby dry. They leak everything everywhere. Not happy at all! 6 of 7 people found the following review helpful: By DB "Truly yours" (CA USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Pampers Cruisers Dry Max Diapers, Size 3, 160 Count (Health and Beauty) We used and enjoyed Dry Max technology on sizes 1, 1-2 and 2-3. When we switched to #4 the diapers leaked all the time; at least twice per night the baby would be completely wet. The diaper seemed to stay unused. We switched back to leftover 2-3 size with no leaking and hefty load in the morning. It seems that Pampers did not faithfully implemented DryMax on size 4 despite the claim. I will not recommend. |
